Land Grading and Levelling
No flat spot for your post-frame building? No problem!
The intended open space for this project was on a hill that was no match for our crew and a Bobcat. Show us where you want your building and we can have the dirt delivered and built up to make a stable flat spot for your foundation.
Fitting In To Surroundings
We can modify your building’s design to fit your needs.
This building is in a dense residential area. Modifications were made to make it less obtrusive. The custom-made roof trusses were reduced to a height of 2′ and adjustments were made to the site as needed.
Final Touches

This building is intended for use as a hybrid garden shed and workspace. A mower-friendly double door was added to the back and a windowed door in the front, with three Alside windows included for natural light. It has been insulated so it can be comfortably used year round. Gutters were added to route rainfall down the hill.

The owner of this building plans to wall off the inside to divide into two areas for storage and for work. The front porch was added to create an outdoor seating area. The graded land in front will be landscaped to create a total backyard transformation.
