| What Sets us Apart From the Competition? |
White Construction Company goes above and beyond to erect a quality Post Frame Building. We build structures that are different than your typical Post Frame Building. We strive to erect a maintenance free building, that will last our customers a lifetime. Below you will see a few examples that identifies our buildings as the leading Post Frame Structure on the market.

| WE INSTALL SEAMLESS GUTTERS! |
We supply two different profiles on our steel panel. The top picture is our most popular panel, and it is installed on 99.9% of the buildings that we erect. Both profiles are 29 gauge but the square profile tends to make the panel stronger, almost making it a 28 gauge. We are the only company that offers a square rib panel. This square ribbed panel is much more appealing to the eye than a round rib. The square design makes the building look more like a board and batten siding. Another perk that this square design has is the screw location. With a square rib panel we install two inch powder coated screws in the ribs on the panel. The competition's uses 1/2 inch screws, and install them on the flat part of the panel. Since the flat part of the panel has more surface area than the rib, water tends to run down the flat surface as opposed to the rib. Screws are fasteners that puncture the panel and grab the frame to keep the metal applied. With our square panel profile we install the screws where water is least likely to be present. In essence, White Construction applies a stronger panel that is less likely to leak at the fastener location, and is more appealing to the eye!

| They use a treated top ban! |
|
| The top band of a Post Frame Building is also known as the fascia board. When gutters are installed on a Post Frame Building, they are applied to the fascia board. There is no reason for White Construction to install a treated fascia board on our buildings. Treated lumber is designed to go in the ground, or to be ground contact. You ask, why would other companies use a treated board that is so far away from the ground? The reason you see treated fascia boards on the competition's building, is because they can not prevent water from coming inside the building at the fascia board location. White Construction uses a piece of trim that is called gutter apron to prevent water from entering inside our buildings at the eaves. If a gutter was to overflow, the water has no chance to enter our buildings because of the gutter apron. The piece of gutter apron will send the overflowing water down the exterior wall of the building. Notice the electrical work below the top band located in the picture above. We removed the gutter, and installed the gutter apron on this building, to keep the electrical work safe from water entering at the eaves.
